We start by reviewing your CV and assessing who we think is a good fit based on previous experiences, skills, training and interests! Our recruiter will reach out to clarify salary expectations, notice period and to have a general chat about the open vacancy and why it interests you.
1st Interview
A more in depth chat with the hiring manager about the role, and a chance for you to get to know a bit more about us. We will give you a role related task to work on at home and present at your final interview.
Final Interview
The interview structure will depend on the position, but typically takes an hour or two in one step.

Lots of our roles have a time zone requirement to ensure collaboration and consistent assistance for customers in those regions.
